I am looking for buying brass bed.Something very different and beautiful, but its hard these days to find brass beds in Uk. Could you tell me if someone still keeps then? Some website/email address etc...would be really helpful

The bed has been stored for several years in a garage. Several of the headboard and footboard rails have oxidation on the brass shiny coating and I have no idea how to return the brass to its original shiny, polished finish.

is fading a little bit on both , what and where can i purches to paint them ???thankyou

We want to take an old brass bed from the 70's (shiny brass - cheap looking), and give it a more classic look. It's for our 24 year old son, so it should have a manly look. Open for all suggestions and general feedback. If we can spray paint it, we're thinking black or antique bronze. Thoughts?
